Designed by Finnish designer Antrei Hartikainen for Cappellini, Giunto is a collection of coffee tables inspired by organic forms found in nature. The curved, lens-like surfaces echo the smooth balance of water-worn stones and eroded rock formations, while subtly referencing the caricature-like visuality of beaver-eaten trees. The minimal attachment point connecting the base and the top creates a perfect balance and tension between the two solid pieces, giving the table a light, airy and harmonious appearance.
