The clear lines and attractive material combinations signalise sportiness. All elements of the chair positively form a cohesive unity. The most striking element of the S 95 is the open backrest as the centre of the design. The upholstery and aluminium swivel cross base reveal references to current automobile design. The chair’s metal parts – especially the aluminium connectors between the seat and backrest and the four-leg cross base – have the appeal of bent flat steel, reminiscent of the traditional craft. All of the upholstered parts have a dynamic shape and, despite their filigree structure, guarantee a high level of comfort. Due to the various versions, the S 95 covers a wide spectrum of uses. As a cantilever chair it offers relaxed sitting and relief especially during long meetings.   Chairs available with two different backrest heights. Base frames as cantilever version or swivel chair version with four-leg swivel cross. Frame parts available chrome-plated, in polished aluminium, stainless steel look or powder-coated. Optional castors provide even more flexibility for the swivel chair version. Comfort cushioning covered with leather or fabric. Cantilever version: armrests made of solid wood. Swivel chair: armrests flat steel or optionally with leather cover. Swivel chairs with return mechanism, which automatically returns the seat to its original position, and optionally an especially developed rocking mechanism.
